We prepare the work table, we sprinkle a little flour, we add a small ball of dough, we spread a thin sheet with the rolling pin, we cut the dough into strips (so that we can put something on them :))); We take two strips of dough, grease each strip with ketchup for pizza, add pieces of salami, mushrooms, olives (a little of all);
Put the other strip over the stuffed one (also greased with ketchup), then turn gently.
Add grated cheese over the baguette.
Bake for approx. 35-40 minutes!

Haplea shares with you a recipe for bread with peppers and dry salami. It's like a kind of pizza. You eat it empty.
What do you need for a loaf of bread? (picture 1)
& # 8211 700 gr of flour
& # 8211 15 gr of fresh yeast
& # 8211 120 gr sana
& # 8211 3 tablespoons olive oil
& # 8211 300 ml milk
& # 8211 2 teaspoons salt
& # 8211 1 tablespoon sugar
& # 8211 1 red pepper (finely chopped)
& # 8211 100 gr dry and spicy salami (finely chopped)
& # 8211 Heat the milk, in which we dilute the yeast. Add the sugar. Careful! The milk should be just warm.
& # 8211 Add this mixture to the car tank (picture 2), pour the sana and the olive oil (picture 3). Sprinkle with flour and salt (picture 4). We start the desired program (I used program 4, total time 3h 20 min) let it knead (picture 5).
& # 8211 After 20 minutes (at the sound signal) add the pepper (picture 6) and the salami (picture 7)
We let the program run until the end without intervening.

Pâtés with Cheese and Salami
I prepared a tour in one evening Pâtés with Cheese and Salami and the next day I had to prepare another generous portion. It is a good-looking and tasty appetizer alike.
The combination of cheese and salami is one of our favorites. These appetizers, snacks can be prepared with ham if you prefer this option
Ingredients Pies with Cheese and Salami
1 pack of 800 g Foet dough (I prefer Bella brand)
salami or ham cut into thin slices
cheese slices Milkana Characters and Milkana Classic from & # 8211 Delaco baking paper
Preparing Pies with Cheese and Salami
The puff pastry is kept in the refrigerator to thaw, after which it is spread on the work surface and in width it will be cut into 3-4 cm strips. If you want the rosettes to be bigger, cut them by 4 cm, if you want them smaller you will cut them by 3 cm.
On each strip of dough we put slices of salami taking care to pass a little over the edge of the dough (we put about 4-5 slices of salami or ham), over the slices of salami we put strips of Milkana Classic and Characters (or thin slices of cheese, as in the picture below).
We start to roll the dough strip as tightly as possible with the ingredients placed on it. We get a flower bud. I used a muffin tray in which I put baking paper and then placed the freshly baked pies.
I put them in the preheated oven over high heat until the dough starts to rise then I reduced it to a minimum until I saw that the puff pastry got a golden color.
We take them out of the oven, leave them to cool a bit, remove the baking papers and we can serve them as such or with Pepper Chutney , or with Hot Pepper Jam , or with ketchup, & # 8230.
Out of a package of 800 g of puff pastry, I got 24 pies. I cut the strips to 3 cm wide.
MUFFINS WITH SPICY SALAM AND CHEESE
Muffins with spicy salami and cheese, plus a few dried tomatoes in oil and basil leaves, are the delight of any party for children, but I assure you that they will be appreciated by adults as well. They are very easy and quick to prepare. If the Saxon Jurgen, meticulous by nature, had invited me to my party, I would certainly have to match the spices as he would. Remember Jurgen, the one who received my vote of confidence? Only he knows what works best with green pepper, how much salt or garlic should be put for a special taste. I can already imagine him stretching his long mustache and analyzing the spicy salami muffins from Cris-Tim, so he must be impressed by the combination of special ingredients.
And because he liked them, I'll show you how easy they are to prepare:
130 g spicy salami & # 8211 (spicy salami from Cris Tim)
30 g dried tomatoes in oil
We prepare the ingredients so that when we start cooking everything will be quick and very easy.
In a bowl, mix the eggs very well, then add the milk, wine and melted and cooled butter. Separately, mix the larger grated cheese with the finely grated Parmesan cheese, flour and baking powder.
Gradually incorporate flour with cheese in the composition with eggs, milk and wine. Then add the chopped basil leaves, freshly ground pepper and a pinch of salt. Cut the salami into medium-sized cubes and the tomatoes into small cubes.
We put them in the dough and mix well, but we take care to keep a few cubes of spicy salami for the final decoration. Put the dough in the muffin tins lined with baking paper, filling only 3/4 of them, then sprinkle the preserved muffin cubes.
Bake muffins with spicy salami and cheese in the preheated oven at 180 ° C for 25 minutes or until they pass the toothpick test.

Method of preparation:
Mix the yeast with 2 tablespoons of sugar. Add flour, a pinch of salt, eggs, warm milk and melted butter. Form a dough that kneads well:
Cover and let warm until the dough doubles in volume:
Then spread the dough on a surface sprinkled with flour.
I, as you can see, made a double portion, so I divided the dough in two:
Take the salami (which also contains fat) and roll it in the dough.
Eventually, you can decorate it with strips of dough. Before putting it in the oven, leave it covered for about 30 minutes.
Here I am before entering the oven, greased with 2 eggs (I added another yolk):
Leave in the oven for approx. 30 minutes on the right heat (180 degrees C).
PIZZA WITH SALAM
A simple and good pizza, with a simple but tasty topping & # 8230 We can spread the fluffy or thin top, depending on tastes & # 8211 my boys prefer it fluffy!
For the countertop:
400 g flour + flour for spreading the dough
20 g of yeast
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
180 ml of hot water
1 cup tomato juice
1 teaspoon oregano tip
150 g cheese
100 g spicy salami
optional & # 8211 a few slices of olives
To prepare the dough we start with the yeast that we put in a cup with enough sugar and hot water to cover. Stir until the yeast dissolves, then leave to rise.
Put flour mixed with salt on the work table, make a hole in the middle of it, add the leavened yeast, then a little hot water. Stir gently from the edge to the middle, continuing to knead until it no longer sticks to the hands. Then let the dough rise in a warm place until it doubles in volume.
Sprinkle the flour on the work table and spread the dough. For a fluffy pizza with a diameter of 30 cm we use the whole worktop. For pizza with a thin top with a diameter of 20-22 cm, spread the dough with a small thickness and 2 pieces will come out (in this case we double the amount of ingredients for topping).
Put the tomato sauce on the counter, sprinkle with oregano, season with a little salt and pepper.
Over these we add the grated mozzarella and at the end the spicy salami.
Bake pizza on the special pizza program or at 240 ° C for 20-25 minutes.

4 pieces of bread stick 6 cm long
