RECIPE PREPARATION Brine mice:
Check that the mouse is clean of hair and remove the fat with a knife, but not all. Leave a layer of 2-3 mm of fat. Roll and tie with string. Put it in the jar together with the other ingredients and put it in the fridge for 3-4 days. You will get a tasty and soft mice, only good to put on a Christmas appetizer!
