A dip low in fat and calories, but with loads of flavour. If you can't find tinned black beans, use dried or a tin of refried beans instead.

Altered ingredient amounts. We loved the flavours in this dip! The only thing we deviated from on the recipe was the salt, we only used 1/2 of what it called for. Very easy to make too, always a plus at this house. Great dip!-15 Sep 2008
