In a large stainless steel pan, mix the sugar, cocoa, milk and butter. Use a larger glass, with the same glass measure all the ingredients. Put the pan on low heat, stirring constantly, until the sugar and butter melt and start boiling with the blisters. Turn off the heat and keep 3/4 glass of icing. The pan is left to cool (best in cold water, it cools faster). Mix the flour and baking powder and then gradually pour into the pan with the chocolate icing, mixing with the mixer on low speed, until well incorporated. Then add one egg, stirring after each. Break the egg separately, in a bowl, so you don't have any surprises :) then mix it in the blackberry composition.

Heat the oven. Prepare the muffin tray and line it with special muffin papers. Fill the forms with dough. 20 muffins come out of this composition. You can also make the cake in the stove tray.

Put the tray in the oven over low heat and leave until the muffins are swollen and pass the toothpick test.

Then take them out on a plate and glaze them with the cream off, then sprinkle with colored candies.

Brownies with coconut flour

Brownies / blackberries with coconut flour and macadamia nut cream. A real delight, which can melt a heart of ice (metaphorically speaking). The brownies recipe has been on my list for a long time and now it's finally his turn. Obviously I tried to do it in a healthier way, that's why I chose to use a coconut flour and not an ordinary one. If you are gluten intolerant, these brownies are perfect for you.

Brownies with coconut flour: successful experiment!

Ok, I have to admit that this is the first time I "work" with coconut flour (you can find it on the Orthomolecular Pharmacy). I had read before on the internet that this flour is a little more sensitive, ie it absorbs the liquid very quickly, you have to be careful, both for the amount of flour you use because coconut flour does not behave the same as other types of ordinary flour, as and the amount of liquid you use in forming the composition for various preparations. Buuuuun, there is a long way to go from theory to practice.

I started to form the composition for brownies and I panicked when I saw what came out, I mean I initially put very little liquid, so in the picture with the ingredients you will see only 200 ml. milk, but I also added milk and eggs along the way. It was a real experiment for me to cook with coconut flour, I prayed it would come out, and after I took it out of the oven and saw how well it came out, I applauded myself. HA! HA! HA!

Here's the recipe for these super delicious brownies with coconut flour!
200 gr. coconut flour
3 tablespoons coconut sugar
10 tablespoons coconut oil
500 ml. milk
6 eggs
4 tablespoons locust bean powder (you can replace it with cocoa)
1 tablespoon vanilla essence
1 handful of chopped walnuts
Topping: macadamia nut cream
* Although there are 4 eggs and only 200 ml. milk in the picture, along the way I realized that it still needs to be added in the composition (I was telling you above about the experiment)

Put the flour, carob / cocoa powder and sugar in a large bowl and mix. In another bowl beat the 6 eggs together with the coconut oil, then pour over the dry composition. Stir and gradually add the 500 ml. milk.

The composition obtained is not the same as that of a black woman with ordinary flour, slightly liquid, but will result in a fluffy and moist composition.

Put the composition in a tray covered with baking sheet and greased with a little oil. Put the tray in the preheated oven at 180 ° C for 35-40 minutes or until it passes the toothpick test.

Remove the cake from the oven, let it cool for 30 minutes, then cut it into pieces. For the topping I used a very delicious macadamia nut cream (you can find it here), but because it is very high in calories, I decided to play with the spoon and sprinkle just a little cream on top.

And since everything is fine, when it ends well, I fully enjoyed 2 pieces of these super delicious brownies.

I'm waiting for you to tell me in the comments if you've used coconut flour so far and what dishes you've made with it.

Recipe of glazed blacks it is one of the first cakes I made as a child. I remember that I was with my grandparents on vacation and that I had all kinds of recipe magazines. We were looking for cakes that we could prepare with the ingredients we had at hand. That's how I came up with a recipe for glazed blackberries, the recipe was one post blacks which I don't remember. But I know it turned out great even if it was made by a 12-year-old girl in my grandmother's antique oven. My grandfather, who did not trust my culinary talents, was very pleased with the end result. He asked me to do it on other occasions.

Returning to this recipe, I chose to make a recipe for glazed blackberries that is easy to make. A recipe without many steps and without even having to use an electric mixer. From my point of view, this recipe must be an easy, simple one, which you can make without problems when needed with the ingredients you already have in the kitchen. Salted muffins with parmesan (or waffles)

With excellent taste, they can be taken as a package, they can also be reheated. From the same composition I easily obtained crispy waffles, a variant of the famous chaffles (waffles + cheese). The secret to waffles is to use a good device with a non-stick surface. This is mine, it's not expensive and it does a great job.

  • 40 g butter
  • 100 g parmesan (or other hard cheese)
  • 4 eggs
  • greenery, optional (I had dill and green onions)
  • 1-2 tablespoons coconut flour (or 3-4 tablespoons almond flour)

Finely chop the greens.
Melt the butter and the Parmesan cheese through a small grater.
Add the eggs, then the chopped greens and the coconut flour.

Leave the dough for 5 minutes and then distribute it with a spoon in silicone forms. I had 7 pieces.
Bake for 20-25 minutes at 170 degrees C, or until lightly browned.

My muffins were not baked, and the combination of dill and green onions gave them a taste of cheese pies from childhood.

For waffles I used exactly the same recipe, only without greens. I got crispy waffles (I cooled them uncovered on a grill), which I served as bread.

Black Women with Coconut Flour-Recipe Video

It's been a while since I've prepared a dessert without wheat flour. I set out to fix this as soon as possible. Especially since every time I opened the spice cabinet, the bag of coconut flour scolded me. That's why today I chose to show you a super simple and quick recipe: Blackberries with coconut flour. Everything is prepared in one bowl, so you also save on washing dishes. And water. And on time! In total, you will only need a bowl and a baking tray.

When it comes to coconut flour, I think of cookies the fastest. Super simple and tasty and those. But I must admit: today's black women are more competitive in this regard! That in taste, both recipes are winners.

Why did I choose coconut flour and not wheat flour?

♦ Coconut flour is gluten free. So, this wonderful cake can also be enjoyed by people with gluten intolerance in the community of my dear recipes and not only (please share the recipe on social networks, if you have friends or family members who need it will joy)

♦ I really appreciate this flour. First of all, for the high amount of fiber (it helps a lot in digestion). Then for the delicate taste of coconut, which I adore

♦ Coconut flour behaves differently from wheat flour. It takes a very small amount of flour to get the perfect result. It absorbs the liquid very quickly and swells in a few minutes. That is why it is recommended that you wait a little longer before adding extra coconut flour to the composition. In this recipe, I recommend respecting the weight

Can coconut flour be replaced with wheat flour for this recipe?

♦ yes, it is possible. But a serious adjustment of the quantity is needed. Fixed this recipe, I didn't try it in the wheat version, so I can say the exact weight, but I leave you below other black recipes to help you.

Muffins, without flour

Papanas seem ideal for breakfast or as a light dessert. They are also very good for children, due to their calcium intake. On the blog I have 2 more papanaşi recipes, one with psyllium bran, another with fiber flour. Even a pudding recipe that can pass as a bigger papanaş.
Today's papanas are made even simpler: they contain only cottage cheese, eggs and sweetener. The essential condition is to use a fatty cheese (ideally country) with a coarser and drier consistency than a creamy one. Papanas thus prepared are eaten cold (to keep their shape) and taste like Easter with cheese. In a word: delicious!

  • 500-600 g of cottage cheese
  • 80 g Green Sugar (or to taste)
  • 2-4 eggs, depending on size
  • vanilla

Mix all the components well, forming a thick, bound composition. The composition is distributed in silicone forms. They can be greased with a little butter, if you want, I didn't. The molds are placed in a tray, on the bottom of which baking paper is laid (it is optional, but during baking it can still flow from the molds). Place the tray in the oven at 170 degrees C. The papanas are ready when the surface is caught. It took me 45 minutes. After baking, they will leave, it's normal.

The papanas are allowed to cool in molds, possibly covered, then they can be easily removed from the molds. Serve simple & # 8230
