I had read before on the internet that this flour is a little more sensitive, ie it absorbs the liquid very quickly, you have to be careful, both for the amount of flour you use because coconut flour does not behave the same as other types of ordinary flour, as and the amount of liquid you use in forming the composition for various preparations. Buuuuun, there is a long way to go from theory to practice.

I started to form the composition for brownies and I panicked when I saw what came out, I mean I initially put very little liquid, so in the picture with the ingredients you will see only 200 ml. milk, but I also added milk and eggs along the way. It was a real experiment for me to cook with coconut flour, I prayed it would come out, and after I took it out of the oven and saw how well it came out, I applauded myself. HA! HA! HA!

INGREDIENTS
200 gr. coconut flour
3 tablespoons coconut sugar
10 tablespoons coconut oil
500 ml. milk
6 eggs
4 tablespoons locust bean powder (you can replace it with cocoa)
1 tablespoon vanilla essence

PREPARATION
Put the flour, carob / cocoa powder and sugar in a large bowl and mix. In another bowl beat the 6 eggs together with the coconut oil, then pour over the dry composition. Stir and gradually add the 500 ml. milk.

The composition obtained is not the same as that of a black woman with ordinary flour, slightly liquid, but will result in a fluffy and moist composition.

Put the composition in a tray covered with baking sheet and greased with a little oil. Put the tray in the preheated oven at 180 ° C for 35-40 minutes or until it passes the toothpick test.

Remove the cake from the oven, let it cool for 30 minutes, then cut it into pieces. For the topping I used a very delicious macadamia nut cream (you can find it here), but because it is very high in calories, I decided to play with the spoon and sprinkle just a little cream on top.
