  • a little cabbage;
  • 3 tablespoons oil;
  • an onion;
  • black peppercorns;
  • mustard seeds;
  • green dill;
  • half a cup of water;
  • a bay leaf;
  • a box of tomato paste;
  • salt and pepper

Preparation time: less than 30 minutes


Chop a small cabbage and an onion.

Put 3-4 tablespoons of oil in a saucepan, heat the onion for 5 minutes, add a small box of tomato paste.

Put the chopped cabbage, a bay leaf, a few black peppercorns and mustard, add half a cup of water and let it boil until the water drops.

At the end we extinguish the fire and sprinkle green dill.
