A simple, cool salad, I really get tired of it .... and I usually prefer it for breakfast!

  • 125 g mozzarella
  • 2 large tomatoes
  • a few basil leaves
  • 2-3 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt, ground pepper

Servings: 1

Preparation time: less than 15 minutes

HOW TO PREPARE THE RECIPE Caprese Salad:

Drain the mozzarella juice, wash the tomatoes and cut all the slices. Place on a plate alternating tomato slices with mozzarella. Sprinkle with olive oil, season with salt and pepper and garnish with basil leaves. Ready!
