Dessert Easter without dough with sweet cheese and raisins

Mix eggs with sugar and vanilla essence until you get a whitish color.

Add the cheese, mix well, then the soft butter, flour, semolina and mix well again, then add the sour cream, and finally the raisins, which I soaked a little in the water with rum.

After we have homogenized everything well, we pour the resulting composition in a 26cm tray lined with baking paper or greased with oil and flour and put it in the hot oven for about 1 hour or until it browns nicely on top.

It is an easy Easter to make and very tasty.
