Heat the onion in oil together with spices and meat for 6 minutes, add the parsley and rice, mix well then turn off the heat. Transfer the mixture to a bowl and let it cool well.
We cut sheets into 8 cm strips and cover them with a kitchen towel so that they do not dry out.
We take each strip and put a spoonful of the meat and onion mixture on it and wrap it in a triangle shape at the end, cut the corners, grease the strip with egg white and insert it inside (watch video). And so on until I finish.
Fry the sambusek in hot oil until it gets a golden color.
