How many dishes can be made from affordable products? I tell you: a lot and all delicious. For example, in this recipe only chicken breast, cream and cheese (plus some spices) are used. The preparation is not at all sophisticated, and the result is distinguished by a special flavor. Try the recipe and you will agree with me!

  • 1 chicken breast, preferably from a slow-growing bird
  • 150 g cream
  • 75 g cheese
  • 3-4 strands of parsley
  • 1-2 cloves of garlic
  • salt pepper

The chicken breast is divided into 2. Each piece is beaten with a hammer, placed in a tray and seasoned with salt and pepper.

The cheese is passed through a large grater, then mixed with cream, chopped parsley and crushed garlic. Grease the pieces of meat with the obtained composition.
