I came back from the north of Italy with a lot of recipes, which I tested and prepared with a skilled cook named Cristina and which I will try to post here.
Today's recipe is very good, fast and especially HEALTHY :)
I consider this vegetable miraculous!

  • a Coptic avocado
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2-3 sprigs of green onions
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • pepper salt to taste
  • 5 cherry tomatoes

RECIPE PREPARATION Avocado salad:

We peel the avocado and remove the seeds, strain it, add the finely chopped onion, the finely chopped garlic and the mince, the oil, the salt and the pepper and mix everything.

Avocado, tomato and cheese salad

It sounds pretentious, this avocado is really expensive, I paid 5 lei for a piece, but since I saw the recipe on a TV show, I couldn't get it out of my head unless I put it into practice :). It's very simple and very good.

  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 red
  • 80g goat cheese telemea (I did not weigh, I approximated)
  • a few walnut kernels
  • lemon juice, olive oil

We crush the walnut kernels, avocado, tomato and cheese and cut them into larger cubes. Put everything in a bowl and add a little lemon juice and olive oil. I think sesame seeds are also added. And if you use cherry tomatoes.

I made 2 portions of salad, my husband said he was delighted but served it as an appetizer.

Guacamole - Avocado salad with onions

Preparation time 25 minutes

Ingredients

  • 2 well-baked avocados (I only had one and a maximum of two servings resulted)
  • 1 red

  • 2-3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • chilli powder
  • salt

METHOD OF PREPARATION
Before opening the avocado, prepare the vegetables.
1.Cut small diced tomatoes and onions, chop and parsley.

2. Squeeze the lemon in a cup / bowl.

5. Put it in a bowl and quickly add the lemon juice over it so that it does not oxidize.

6. Pass with the electric vertical blender, but in the glass with high walls from the blender. If you don't have a blender, pass the avocado core with a fork, I could best do it with the potato sieve because at the time of recording the recipe I didn't have a blender arm in the mixer.

7. Put the chopped vegetables over the avocado paste, don't pass anything, just mix together the salt and the chilli powder.
8. If necessary, add a little more lemon juice.
