Pandispan with cherries

Whisk the egg whites with the sugar, then add the oil, yolks, flavors and mix well with the mixer. after mixing the ingredients well, add the flour in the rain and mix lightly with a wooden spoon.

The resulting composition is poured into a tray lined with baking paper

Place the cherries on top and bake the cake for about 35-40 minutes
