Rub eggs with sugar, add oil little by little and mix until smooth. Mix the flour with the baking powder and place it over the previous mixture, alternating with the milk. The dough should flow when taken with a spoon, but be thicker than the pancakes.
I cut the pumpkin into slices, wash the skin well and put it to boil a little. It softens and can be easily grated.
Put the pumpkin on the grater and put it to harden together with the sugar, until the juice it leaves decreases.
Line the pan with butter and flour, put half of the dough composition, put it in the preheated oven for 5 minutes, take it out, put the pumpkin and the rest of the composition on top (spread with a spoon) and put it in the oven for about 30- 40 minutes. Powder with powdered sugar.
