Ingredients

1 chicken breast
3 chicken legs
3 dried onions

2 cans of diced tomatoes

200 ml cooking cream
4 baked peppers peeled and cleaned of seeds and stalks
1 tablespoon flour

For dumplings:
2 eggs

Method of preparation

Bone the chicken breast and thighs and cut the meat into cubes.

In less than 30 minutes I had the chicken, the garnish and some schnitzels ready. (Clearly the order would not have arrived during this time, so it's good that I didn't order!)

The recipe can be adapted both for other multicooker models and for cooking on the hob. It has a rich taste of spices and cashews, slightly spicy, and the sauce is sticky, bound, perfect!

INGREDIENTS

250 g mixture of frozen Chinese vegetables

1 tablespoon rice vinegar

1 tablespoon sweet chilli sauce

1 tablespoon garlic flavored oil

I cut the chest into thin strips, salted and peppered it, then rolled it in a tablespoon of starch. In the multicooker bowl I put a tablespoon of garlic-flavored oil and fried the chicken strips until they took on color, then I added cashews and frozen vegetables and hardened everything for 2-3 minutes.

In a bowl, I mixed the tomato puree, vinegar, soy sauce, chilli sauce, ajvar, sugar and spice mix. In a glass I dissolved a tablespoon of starch in about 150-200 ml of water (depending on how much sauce you want). I put both mixtures in the multicooker bowl, mixed and set the pressure cooker, High stage, for 15 minutes.

I depressurized the machine and moved the food to a bowl. I served it with a toast of fried rice. (Click on the recipe link!)

Until recently, when I wanted pasta with tomato sauce, I made a demented tomato sauce, which I then put over the pasta. I added a little more Parmesan, a little basil and the meal was ready. The problem was that the tomato sauce produced acid in her husband's sensitive stomach. I added more sugar to reduce the acidity, but if I added too much it was too sweet and too little had no effect on the acidity. But I discovered this recipe and everyone is happy.


It's the first time I use tomato sauce from the store, but I received it and in addition, it's organic. It's true that it's for children, but we also enjoyed it like children: D (no, we didn't spread the sauce on our faces and pasta on the table if you think about it).

Ingredient:
- 250 g pasta (noodles)
- 250 g of aromatic tomato sauce (so-called homemade ketch-up or a jar of purchased sauce) can be prepared an ad-hoc sauce of tomatoes, onions, garlic and spices
- 50 ml cooking cream
- Parmesan (according to preference)

steps :
1. Boil the pasta according to the instructions on the package.
2. Put the tomato sauce in a fairly large bowl. Season if necessary. Stir until heated through.

4. Add the grated Parmesan cheese. Put the drained pasta, mix everything well and then serve.

Verdict:
The sauce was amazing! I cooked the pasta a little too much and it was too soft but overall, the food was decent.

Recipe of the day: Easter with shark and white sauce

Are you looking for a nutritious, healthy and aromatic dish that will warm you and make you feel good? If so, pasta with shark and white sauce is the answer.

How to prepare food:

Wash the shark meat, cut it into pieces and put it in a non-stick pan with a little oil and spices (salt and paprika). Gently mix the pieces of meat until they begin to color evenly. Then remove the pan from the heat, add water, a little more oil and let the shark simmer over low heat.

Bring the pasta to a boil (adding a pinch of salt). Meanwhile, prepare a simple white sauce: put a teaspoon of butter in a pan to melt over low heat and add a teaspoon of hardened flour without browning. Add milk and sour cream. Mix well, then boil until it is thick (stirring gently). Mix the garlic, add it to the sauce and mix well.

In the end, all you have to do is mix the components (pasta, shark meat and sauce) and sprinkle with green parsley on top.
