these breads are wonderful, I make them at least 3 times a week
- 200 ml. of warm water
- 1 lgr yeast
- 500 gr. White flour
- 2 lg sunflower oil
- 4 lg whipped milk
- 1 lgr sugar
- 1 lgr salt
- 1 lgr baking powder
- butter for greased
- flour for spreading the dough
Servings: 6
Preparation time: less than 120 minutes
PREPARATION METHOD Paine Naan:
I made the dough in the bread machine, I put the liquid ingredients first and then I put the solid ingredients, I set the machine to the kneading and leavening program. after 1 hour and 30 minutes, I turned the dough over on the floured worktop, I divided it into 12 equal parts.
I spread them about 6 pieces about as long as ..... a CD or DVD {now I can't find another resemblance}, I put them in the tray lined with baking paper and I put them in the oven preheated to temperature the largest, after about 5-6 min {depends on the oven} the breads turn on the other side and after another 5-6 min. ready while the first tray is baking, I take care of the second tray with the remaining 6 loaves, which I gave a longer shape, so I also baked them as above.
when I take them out of the oven, I grease both sides with melted butter.
I apologize, but it doesn't quite come close to me. Who else can say what?
Excellent thinking
