Preparation time: less than 60 minutes
RECIPE PREPARATION Oltenian tochitura:
Cut the meat into cubes and cut the ribs into thin slices. put the oil in a pan and fry the meat with a few slices of onion. After the cubes are well browned, take them out on a plate and fry the kaizer slices.
When the kaizer is ready fried, we put it on the plate next to the meat.
In the oil in which we fried the meat and the kaizer, we put the onion to harden. When the onion turns golden, put the mushrooms over it, let it cook for a few more minutes and add the bell pepper.
Put the meat and kaizer over the hardened vegetables and pour the tomato juice. Simmer for 10-15 minutes on low heat, then add the crushed garlic with a knife blade, salt and pepper to taste and our tochitura is ready.
Serve with polenta, a little sprinkled parsley and possibly old grated sheep cheese.
