Clean the beans. Boil it for 2 minutes in salted water.
Drain, cool under cold water and remove the skin.
Heat the oil in a deep pot. Add the pepper and smoked ham.

Mung bean cream soup, cooked at the Crock-Pot Express Multicooker
For starters I made clear chicken soup. I had a country chicken, raised free and fed corn. The yellow fat of the chicken gives it a special color and aroma.
