We slice the cheese and the pressed ham, in thin slices, or in cubes, but we also put some of them on the grater.
Beat the egg, add a little salt and a little pepper, a few basil leaves and parsley, finely chopped, sour cream and a little ketchup and mix well.
Cut the bread almost to the base, into cubes and drizzle ketchup between them, then add very small cubes of butter, grated cheese and pressed ham.
We try to press all this to the base of the bread, then we fill the notches with slices of cheese and pressed ham.
Place the bread in a round baking dish and pour over it, the egg mixture with cream and ketchup.
Cover the dish with a lid or baking paper and bake for 15-20 minutes at 190-200 degrees.
In the last 5-6 minutes, take the lid to brown the pizza nicely.
It is very effective, this pizza bread, next time I will prepare it with many more ingredients.
