Pandispan with cherries and poppy seeds

Beat the egg whites hard with a pinch of salt. Add the sugar and continue to mix until the sugar melts. Incorporate the yolks (one at a time or all at once) and mix lightly with a spoon or a fork.

Add in turn the oil, vanilla essence, orange peel, baking powder and flour, which we mix lightly with a spoon until the composition is homogenous.

Pour some of the dough into a bowl in which we add cocoa. Pour the dough into a tray lined with baking paper. In the rest of the dough we put the lemon juice and the poppy seeds, then we put it over the cocoa one. Sprinkle the cherries with very little flour.

Bake the pandispan in the preheated oven at 180 ° C for 45-60 minutes. You can do the toothpick test to check if it is baked after 45 minutes.

Start the oven at the right heat. Put baking paper in the tray.

Make yeast mayonnaise 2 teaspoons of sugar and a little hot water and flour mix a little put flour on top and leave the covered bowl warm.

Meanwhile, put the pumpkin in a strainer, wash it under a stream of cold water, drain it well between your palms, put it in a bowl with a cup of sugar, mix it with the 3 well-beaten eggs, cinnamon, essences, lemon peel and 3 teaspoons of poppy. Add 8 tablespoons of flour to bind the mixture and a pinch of salt.

The 700 g of flour is mixed with mayonnaise, 300 ml of warm water and 100 ml of oil. Make a cake that is divided into 2 sheets.

Put the first sheet in the pan, pour the pumpkin filling, then put the second sheet of pie on top. Prick with a fork from place to place, and grease with beaten egg foam.


How to prepare cherry cake - simple and quick recipe:

Wash the cherries well and remove the seeds.

Put the pitted cherries in a bowl and mix them with the popular ground biscuits and a knife tip of cinnamon. Set it aside.

To prepare the crust, mix the powdered sugar with the yolks.

Add flour and grated peel of a lemon and mix to obtain a homogeneous composition.

Separately, mix the egg whites, then incorporate them into the yolk composition, mixing with a spatula.

Grease with butter or oil and line a tray with baking paper or flour.

Put the composition obtained in the tray and place in the preheated oven at 180 ° C for a few minutes, then evenly distribute the mixture of cherries, ground biscuits and cinnamon on top.

Put in the oven for a few more minutes.

To make the filling, mix the yolks with the sugar and add the ground walnuts, then incorporate the egg whites mixed separately.

Spread the filling in the pan, over the cherries, and put in the oven.

Leave until browned.

Optionally, before serving the cake, sprinkle with powdered sugar on top.

You need:
for countertop:
3 eggs
200 g sugar (I put 150 g)
1 teaspoon baking soda
150 g honey (about 1/2 cup)
200 ml cream
280 g flour (2 cups)
1/2 walnut kernel, optional (I didn't put)

for cream:
500 ml cream
sugar to taste (I put about 3 tablespoons on top)
vanilla
optional, ground walnut kernels

a shape 24 cm in diameter, lined with baking paper

In a bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar and baking soda with a spoon, then add the honey and cream. After stirring a little, add the flour, mixing until the lumps disappear. Pour the dough into the prepared form, then bake in a hot oven over medium to low heat. Attention: the countertop grows quite strong when baked and tends to brown quite a lot, due to the honey in the composition. Therefore, it will be checked from time to time, and if the surface is browned, but inside the countertop is raw, cover the tray with foil or baking paper, and reduce the heat. The worktop is ready when, at the touch of a finger, the surface recovers immediately.
Move the top on a grill and leave to cool.
Mix the cream with the sugar and beat lightly until it dissolves. Vanilla is added.
After the countertop has cooled, cut it to thickness in 2 or 3 and assemble the cake on a plate. If desired, sprinkle with ground walnuts, go straight here.
Decorate according to preferencesand leave to cool for at least 2 hours.

If you want to prepare a tasty dessert for your family, try the cake with cherries and poppy seeds. It is so tasty that it melts in your mouth. The recipe is explained step by step in the lines below.

Countertop ingredients:

  • 5 eggs, 200 g sugar
  • 50 gr poppy seeds, 140 gr wheat flour
  • 2 teaspoons sunflower oil
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder, 2 tablespoons water
  • A pinch of salt

Cream ingredients:

  • 5 egg yolks, 500 ml milk
  • 100 gr sugar, 2 sachets of vanilla sugar
  • 70 gr wheat flour
  • 250 gr butter

Ingredients for cherry jelly:

  • or canned cherry compote (700 gr)
  • 2 sachets of cherry jelly
  • 150 ml of warm water

Method of preparation:

We prepare, for the beginning, the dough. Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until you get a strong foam. Separately, beat the yolks with the sugar.

Pour the sunflower oil and water, then add the wheat flour mixed with baking powder and poppy seeds. At the end, add the egg white foam. Mix well.

Pour the dough into a tray lined with baking paper. Bake the dough at a temperature of 180 degrees for about 30 minutes. We do the toothpick test.

We prepare cream. Beat the yolks with the sugar, vanilla sugar, flour and milk. Bring the mixture to a boil and cook a thick pudding, stirring constantly. Let the pudding cool.

Beat the butter and add it to the cold pudding. Mix well until you get a smooth cream.

Pour the juice from the cherry compote into a pot. Add water and boil the juice. After it boils, take it off the heat, add the jellies and let it dissolve. When the jelly starts to harden, add the cherries.

Cut the cold top into two equal parts. Spread vanilla cream on the first half of the dough. Pour the cherry jelly on top and cover it with the second top. Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie and pour it over the second counter.

We put the cake in the fridge for a few hours, after which we can cut it and serve it with our loved ones. Good appetite and increase cooking!

Cherry jelly:

10 g granulated gelatin (1 sachet)

almond essence (optional)

200 ml cream for whipped cream 38%

Method of preparation :

Cherry jelly : Hydrate the gelatin in 50 ml of cold water and leave it to boil the cherries. Peel the cherries and put them in a saucepan with the sugar, over medium heat, for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from the heat and let cool for 5 minutes, then add hydrated gelatin. Mix well, then porridge them with the vertical blender.

Wet with cold water a round shape of cake (d = 23 cm), then cover it with cling film, pour the soft jelly and refrigerate for about 30 minutes (until the jelly hardens).

Cream : we hydrate the gelatin in 50 ml of cold water for 10 minutes, we mix the cream cheese a little with the powdered sugar, we add the yoghurt with cherries, the cherry jam, mixing lightly, then the cream for whipped cream, foam, hydrated and melted gelatin without boiling it almond essence (optional).

Divide the obtained cream into 2: one part we spread it over the jelly, we place a layer of biscuits, the rest of the cream and we cover with biscuits. Put the cake in the fridge in the evening until morning or for at least 4 hours, then turn it upside down on a plate. The biscuits are softened by the cream, so they should not be passed through milk or juice.

decoration : mix the sour cream foam for the whipped cream, then add the sugar. We form motions over the cake with the help of the spirit. At the top of each whipped cream we put a cherry.

Appetizing dishes

ingredients required are:
7 eggs, 7 tablespoons sugar, 7 tablespoons flour, 1 handful of cherries, vanilla essence.
Preparation:
Separate the 7 eggs. In the mixer bowl, beat the egg whites with the 7 tablespoons of sugar in a row. When we have finished with the sugar, we start to add, one by one, the 7 yolks and at a certain moment we add the vanilla essence to taste. After we have incorporated the yolks, we start to put in the flour, little by little mixing lightly, with movements from the bottom up with a wooden spoon or plastic pallet. We do this until all the flour is finished. The composition for the countertop is ready, it can be put in a tray covered with baking paper. On top put the washed cherries, cleaned of seeds and over which I threw a flour powder (this will keep them on the surface of the countertop). Put in the preheated oven at approx. 160-170 degrees until the countertop is baked. The toothpick test can be done. Remove from the oven, powder with powdered sugar and leave to cool. Cake not cut immediately after removing from the oven no matter how good it smells :)):

Your pandispan looks great. My mother used to do it when I was a child. With cherries and cherries :)

I can't resist not frying if I know I have cherries / cherries in the house even if I'm really bad with time (I split between work and the license I have in less than 2 weeks.) And once done, it must be posted on the blog, otherwise it's not possible :))

Method of preparation :

In a bowl mix the yolks with a pinch of salt and sugar, add the oil gradually like mayonnaise, then spoon by tablespoon boiled water, flour mixed with baking powder (sifted), and finally the egg whites mixed hard with 3 lg sugar . Mix with a spoon, then pour the composition into the tray (25 & # 21535 cm) lined with baking paper. Place the strawberry pieces on top. Bake in the preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for about 30 minutes. We do the toothpick test.

let the pandispan in the tray cool, then take it out, sift the vanilla-flavored powdered sugar and slice.
