Turkey rolls in wine with cheese, vegetables and fruits.

Turkey rolls in wine with cheese, vegetables and fruits.

We slice the turkey fillets as well as possible, if necessary we beat them a little more with the hammer. Season the turkey fillets with the following: thinly sliced green olives, sliced cheese, sliced bell peppers, add a pinch of salt and pepper, roll them up like a roll and then catch them with toothpicks. To make them good, we put them in aluminum foil, so that the cheese does not flow and we put them in the middle of the stove tray.

In the tray we add: cauliflower bouquets, quince slices and a whole apple. Add a cup of wine and a cup of water to the tray, cover the tray with aluminum foil. Put the tray in the oven for 60 minutes.

After 30 minutes, remove the tray and remove the aluminum foil and let it sit for another 30 minutes. I mention that we remove only the foil that covered the whole tray, not the foil in which the turkey rolls are.

It is a very delicious and satisfying dish, and the turkey is made very quickly and we can serve it with a garlic sauce. Enjoy !!!

Re: Mosaic meat rolls

Yes, your rolls are very good looking, bravo! And on our holiday table they are a place of honor! I "learned" them from my mother, she put pickled donuts instead of cucumbers.

THE ROLLS ARE SUPER. NOT TO RELEASE, I THINK THEY MUST BE FIXED WITH A SCRUTCHER.

Re: Mosaic meat rolls

Simona, here too, this is an indispensable recipe on the holiday table, also learned from my mother. They are really very comfortable and easy to prepare and have them in the fridge when needed.

Re: Mosaic meat rolls

florin, if you do it with a chop that stretches a fairly large sheet and rolls well, toothpicks are not necessary, as you can see from my pictures. if the chicken breast is smaller and rolls to the limit, then yes, some toothpicks would go to keep them rolled.

Re: Mosaic meat rolls

Hi. I also tried today, on Romania's day, to make the recipe. I followed the recipe point by point. I fried the rolls until they almost burned, I let them rest during this time making the mashed potatoes and surprise: inside the rolls were a bit RAW when I cut them into slices. on the outside they were ready, but on the inside yes. I had to put them for 1 2 hours in the hot oven. It seems that now they are made inside as well. , and only now can toothpicks be used for fixation. If the slice of meat is too stretched, there is a double rolling and what happened to me happens. It is an experience. SERVUS.

Re: Mosaic meat rolls

flosrin, the meat is beaten thin, even if it overlaps a little, it's ok. then frying over low, low heat. it takes some time, but this way the rolls penetrate to the center without burning on top.

ionas florin 4 years ago - 2 December 2013 20:37

Re: Mosaic meat rolls

You're right. The meat was beaten very thin, but certainly not enough. The problem with the small fire, I admit I didn't realize it !? Thanks for the advice, I'll repeat the recipe soon. Servus.

Re: Mosaic meat rolls

florin, in point 6, writes "Heat oil in a 2 cm wide pan well. When the oil is hot, turn the heat to low." this is true whenever you fry something, otherwise if it is too thick there are chances that the food will not penetrate.

Re: Mosaic meat rolls

I make them with chicken breast and I put another thin slice of bacon in the roll. I fix them with toothpicks so that I don't have any surprises when frying.

Re: Mosaic meat rolls

Hi Ioana. Does telemea work instead of cheese? How does Telemea cheese behave when fried? Thanks

Ioana 3 years ago - 10 January 2014 15:57

Re: Mosaic meat rolls

the telemeau softens a little, but does not melt when baked.

Re: Mosaic meat rolls

Hi! Are the rolls good and without cheese? Does it influence the taste a lot if I don't put cheese anymore? Ast rasp ms

Ioana 3 years ago - 15 March 2014 16:07

Re: Mosaic meat rolls

a bit yes, especially when they are warm, the soft cheese feels pleasant. but even when they are cold, it "binds" the inner pieces.

Re: Mosaic meat rolls

Should the carrot be boiled before or raw? : D PS. I'm a bit of a beginner

Turkey breast rolls with vegetables and cheese

. a recipe as easy as possible. but also fast and very healthy :).
all you need is turkey breast. vegetables. a piece of cheese. rice / peas for garnish. yogurt for sauce. and a lot of good will and disposition to get to work :)

650 g. Turkey breast
100 gr. CHEESE
300 gr.spanac
an onion
1 capsicum
4-5 cloves of garlic
10 mushrooms
125 ml dry white wine
3 tablespoons olive oil
a little butter
salt and pepper

Yogurt sauce:
3 cloves of garlic, grind
200 ml. yogurt
1 tablespoon olive oil
chopped green parsley
dried thyme
salt and pepper

. asadar. turkey breast

. it is sliced into slices of the same size and thickness. 4 slices are obtained - for 4 servings
and then each slice is beaten as for the slices (covered with a plastic foil so as not to spoil the meat: D)

. season with salt and pepper.

. then prepare the vegetables for the filling. spinach, mushrooms (not too big) cut into thin slices, diced onions, a few cloves of finely chopped garlic and a sliced kapia pepper.
. In a frying pan, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil and sauté the vegetables, not too long for a maximum of 4-5 minutes.

6-8 fish fillets (each preferred)
100 gr cheese
1 red bell pepper
2 eggs
flour
1 lemon
salt pepper

After washing the fillets, sprinkle them with lemon juice, season them with pepper salt and leave them in the fridge for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, cut the red pepper and cheese into suitable strips.
Beat the eggs well with a pinch of salt, then add enough flour to obtain a mixture with a thicker consistency (like sour cream)
We tampon the fillets with a kitchen napkin. We put a strip of cheese and 2 peppers on each fillet. Then we roll them and catch them with a toothpick. Put them in the egg and flour mixture, then fry them in hot oil over a good heat until golden brown.
Remove on a plate and put a kitchen napkin to absorb excess oil.
We served it with a "sauce" of sour cream.

In a little sour cream I put a small green cucumber put on the small grater, 3 cloves of crushed garlic, then I seasoned to taste with salt and a little lemon juice. If it seems too thick you can thin it with a little water.

Cut the chicken breast into slices and beat lightly.

Make a filling of carrot, apple, pepper salt, cinnamon powder. On each piece of meat put a thin slice of cheese and stuffing. Then roll and catch with toothpicks.

Grease the rolls with a mixture made of:

1 lg (teaspoon) hot pepper paste (or sweet or paprika), 1 lg sugar

Put the chicken rolls in a pan or frying pan and fry in a little butter on all sides or in a frying pan without added fat.

After browning, put them in the oven for about 20 minutes at 200 degrees until golden brown (the time is now depending on the oven).

When you see that it is almost ready, sprinkle with the pieces of butter and at the end with parsley and parmesan.
I served them with lemon mushrooms.
