  • 500 g of poultry liver
  • a little bit of oil
  • salt
  • pepper
  • paprika

RECIPE PREPARATION Poultry liver in Dry Cooker:

I washed the livers well, then drained them in a water sieve and dabbed them with a towel absorbing the excess water.

I put them in the pan, I seasoned with: salt, pepper and a little paprika (for color).

I covered and put the pan on the stove, I turned with a silicone paddle on both sides to brown nicely and ready the livers, good to be served.

Chicken liver in Bechamel sauce


Ingredients for: Fried chicken liver

They are not entirely my merit, because the dough is bought commercially, but they are very tasty. My boys and I really like puff pastry with salted sheep cheese. How I did:

- salted sheep's cheese (for two sheets I bought I put about 300 gr of salted sheep's cheese)
- two eggs
I strawed the sheet into squares, put a teaspoon of cheese mixed with an egg and then formed a triangle, placing one corner on top of another. I greased with the second egg and put it in the oven at 220 degrees for about 15-20 minutes.


Fasting soup with beets

I made a soup that my grandmother used to make in the winter or especially during Easter - fasting soup with beets. My grandmother also put nettles, but I had nowhere to pick them, so I made a super tasty soup with vegetables and beets (even my little gauze said that if the pope makes that red soup, it makes blood). I am convinced that many of you, my dear ones, make vegetable soup, forget how I did it:
- a large onion,
- two bell peppers or donuts,
- two carrots,
- half a kg of potatoes,
- a beetroot,
- vegetable oil,
- stuffed borscht at home,
- salt, noodles, parsley and larch.
Chopped onion, peeled and diced carrots, finely chopped peppers and put in 30 ml of oil, then put the diced potatoes and add water and bring to a boil. When the potatoes start to soften a little, put the red beets, cleaned and given through the large grater, and continue to boil. It gets such a beautiful color, and when all the vegetables are cooked, put the pre-cooked borscht (if you want), I didn't do that, the noodles and at the end when we close the stove, the greens: the parsley and the larch. If you want an extra serving of iron and health and if you get nettles, you can put with beetroot. I ate it with hot peppers or onions crushed in the palms and salt.

Moldovan saints

Because tomorrow is the feast of the 40 martyrs, because I am Moldovan and I like our traditions, today I prepared Moldovan saints. This tradition is not celebrated here, as here you will not find any snowdrops or a red hemp with martisor white.

Pancakes stuffed with mushrooms and chicken breast

I made a composition of 2 eggs, a liter of milk, salt, and flour, I baked them and filled them with chicken breast, mushrooms and sour cream. For the filling, you need 300 gr of finely chopped or chopped chicken breast, 300 gr of mushroom mushrooms, 100 ml of sour cream, 2 lg of flour, salt and pepper. Cook the breast in a little olive oil, then add the chopped mushrooms and fry them together with the breast in their own juice. When they are done, put the cream in which 2 lg of flour were mixed. Add salt and pepper. Fill the pancakes with this filling, grate the cheese and bake for 5-8 minutes. I didn't see the oven because my guests showed up, but they were good enough that I didn't have any left. The picture also shows skewers with parjolute, cheese, cucumbers and sherry tomatoes.

SWANS WITH CHEESE CREAM

For children, they are attractive delicacies that represent an extraordinary reason for joy.
SWANS WITH CHEESE CREAM (for about 40 pieces)
For the scalded dough (one cup of oil, two cups of water, two cups of flour, salt and 4-5 eggs depending on the size). They are poured with the spirit in the shape of a round hazelnut, and the tails are poured in the form of 2 with a rib of parchment paper.
The cream cheese can be made from fresh cow's cheese (300 gr) with 2 boiled yolks, with dill, 4 cloves of garlic given by grater, 4 tablespoons of sour cream, salt and pepper to taste. Fill with this cream cheese. We were very successful and they were also very tasty.

Stuffed eggs

Very simple and light appetizers, my husband really likes them.
We need:
- eggs,
- poultry or pork liver pate,
- mayonnaise,
- mustard,
- salt pepper
- lettuce for decoration
- yellow, red and green peppers (this is how I decorated eggs, but they can also be decorated with olives, carrots, radishes, which you have in the house depending on your imagination).
Boil eggs in water with a little salt, and after they cool, clean them carefully so that the egg whites remain unharmed and cut in half. The yolks are mixed with a liver pate, with a little mustard, mayonnaise, salt and pepper. Fill the egg white halves and place them face down on the lettuce bed. Pour the mayonnaise with a grilled paper ribs and then decorate with bell peppers of different colors.

Minieclere

It was my boy's birthday and I wanted to make homemade cakes. Here's how I did it:
Scalded dough:
- a glass of oil,
- two glasses of water,
- two glasses of flour,
- 10 eggs and a pinch of salt.
Put water with oil and salt on the fire and when they boil, add all the flour and chew well so that it does not become lumpy, then incorporate one egg and beat well, because when the dough is hot the eggs are coagulates very quickly. A composition with the consistency of a denser cream must come out. Meanwhile, heat the oven to 220 degrees and pour in mini-oven molds in a tray lined with parchment paper, or greased with oil and lined with flour. Bake at high temperature for 20 minutes, until golden and double in volume. These eclairs are filled with boiled vanilla (or chocolate) cream.
Vanilla cream for eclairs:
- boil 4 egg yolks rubbed with 200 g of sugar and 750 ml of milk,
- when the cream starts to boil (but stirring constantly so that it doesn't stick to the bowl and smoke) put 250 ml of milk in which 200 gr of flour has dissolved and keep it on the fire for another 15 minutes,
- add the vanilla essence and 4 beaten egg whites with 100 gr sugar, the latter beat well like a meringue and put when the cream is almost cold.
The eclairs are cut in half and filled with this cream and then glazed in chocolate, I poured chocolate bar. For the icing you need 300 gr of raw dark or milk chocolate and 5-6 tablespoons of melted oil on a steam bath. Good appetite!

Longing for home-made beans with smoked ciolan, I built a bean store with what I had, namely: kaizer and sausages. I think everyone makes beans, but I also post the recipe I made, matched with gogonele and pickled cherry tomatoes. I forgot about diet.
I used:
- 3 cans of boiled beans (about half a kg of dried beans)
- a large onion, a carrot,
- 300 gr kaizer (from Romania)
- 300 gr smoked pork sausages,
- tomato juice, oil, salt, pepper, two bay leaves and of course dill from the freezer.
Cook the onion, the carrot, the kaizer and the sausages cut into thin slices. Then add the tomato juice, boiled beans, bay leaves, salt and pepper to taste. When it is low (after about 30 minutes) close it and put fresh dill from the freezer (here in Italy I did not see fresh dill, in fact I did not see any of it). I also ate pickles and cherry tomatoes at home and curbed my appetite.

Today is Min's birthday. He is 5 years old. Happy birthday Min, to receive only trains.

Peel a squash, grate it and slice it.

In a saucepan to heat, 1 tablespoon of oil and one tablespoon of butter, add onion and sauté until translucent, add curry, rice and continue to cook for 2 minutes.

Using a spatula, remove the peppers and leeks from the pan, place them over the risotto and continue to boil.

Pour with wine and let it boil until the alcohol is evaporated. Reduce the heat and add the soup, one ladle at a time. Let the rice boil for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. When boiled, season with salt and pepper. Put the remaining oil in a pan and stir-fry the pepper and leek. When done, put them in the risotto and let it continue cooking.

Panna Cotta with Chocolate

Ingredients for 4 servings

5 sheets of gelatin
300 ml liquid cream
200 ml of milk
80 gr sugar
1 sachet of vanilla sugar
50 gr chocolate 50% cocoa

5 sheets gelatin 300 ml heavy cream 200 ml milk 80 g sugar 1 pack vanilla sugar 50 g chocolate (50% cocoa)

Put the gelatin soaked in 100 ml of cold water.
Put the milk, sugar and vanilla sugar in a small saucepan, boil for 4 minutes on medium heat.
Leave to cool for 10 minutes, then add the well-drained gelatin, mix.
After I added the gelatin, let it cool for another 45 minutes.
Chop the chocolate with a knife and then place it over the panna cotta cream.
Pour the cream into 150 ml glasses, put in the fridge for 4 hours.
Before serving, decorate with fruit or grated chocolate.

Walnut cookies

Ingredients for about 40 cookies

150 gr butter
120 gr sugar
1 packet of vanilla sugar
2 eggs
275 gr flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
70 gr chocolate pearls
100 gr finely ground walnuts

150 g butter, softened 120 g sugar 1 pack vanilla sugar 2 eggs 275 g flour 1 teaspoon baking soda 70 g chocolate pearls 100 g walnuts (grounded)

Soft butter at room temperature mix with sugar and vanilla sugar.
Add eggs one at a time and mix well after each egg.
Mix the flour with the baking powder and add it over the butter cream, mix well.
Walnuts and chocolate pearls are added over the resulting dough, mix well with a spoon.
In a tray with baking paper put a teaspoon of dough from place to place (leave space between them) then flatten a little each cookie.
Put the tray in the oven heated to 200 C for 10 min.
Remove the tray from the oven and place the cookies on a grill to cool.

Preheat the oven at 200 degrees Celsius. Sift together the flour and baking soda, then set aside. We start by creaming in a bowl the softened butter with the sugar and vanilla sugar. We add the eggs, one by one, mixing after each egg. Add the flour mixture in the butter cream, blending well until it becomes a smooth dough. We then add the walnuts and chocolate pearls in the dough, stirring with a spoon until it’s homogeneous. Put some baking paper in a tray and add the dough with a teaspoon. Gently press on the dough to make it flat. Put the tray in the oven for about 10 minutes. After baking, put the cookies on a grill to cool.
