I bought commercial sheets due to lack of time. It's the second time I make this cake every time with the same sheets. In the pandispan package there are 4 sheets and two cakes are made with the above ingredients. If you want, reduce the amount by ingredients above and just make a cake.
For a start I took care of glaze no.1.In a saucepan I broke the chocolate pieces, I added the butter, water and oil. I melted all these ingredients on the steam bath until they all melted. When they melted, the composition was left to cool. When it has cooled, put it in the fridge, there it will thicken.
We start whipped cream.I dissolved the gelatin in a glass with 200 ml of water.I mixed the whipped cream in a bowl until it hardens.I added in the whipped cream, honey, milk, vanilla essence and dissolved gelatin.I mixed well to mix all the ingredients. I put the composition in the fridge and I took care of glaze no.2.
As with the first glaze, I mixed all the ingredients well until they melted on the steam bath. It is cooled to room temperature and then it is put in the refrigerator.
Assembling the cake:The cream is divided into two so that it can be used for two cakes. The cream is again divided into two larger parts and a smaller one to put on top of the cake. I did not divide, I put the cakes in my eyes and it came out very well.
Put a part of the cream on the first sheet, over the cream a part of the icing 1 after which we put the cake in the freezer for 10 minutes.
After the icing has hardened, remove and put the other half of the cream.
Over the cream we put the other top. We press lightly with our hand to adhere the top with whipped cream. glaze 2 over the counter and put it back in the freezer for 10 minutes.
Remove the cake from the freezer and put the other side of the whipped cream (the smallest).
Sprinkle chocolate on top.
The cake is stored in the refrigerator.
