Pancakes

The yolks are mixed with sugar, vanilla essence and a pinch of salt until they turn white and become like a cream. Add the milk little by little, alternating with the flour mixed with the baking powder.

The egg whites are mixed well until they become like a hard foam, then we incorporate them slowly, mixing lightly in the yolk composition.

In a pan greased with a little oil, put the composition (about 1/4 of a polish) or a spoon if you want to make them smaller. They turn from side to side with a spatula, when they start to make blisters.

Serve with condensed milk and melted dark chocolate.


In a bowl put flour, protein powder, baking powder, baking soda, essence and salt and mix lightly.
In another bowl put eggs and milk, mix, then add to the bowl with dry ingredients. Stir gently until incorporated.
Put a pan on the fire, let it heat up and add a little oil, eventually you can grease it on the surface of the pan with a kitchen brush. We put a polish in the composition.
We turn the pancake when the holes started to appear on its surface. Let it fry on the other side, then put it in a plate.

Do the same with all the pancakes and put them on top of each other to keep them warm.
